By accessing and using the Kibiina application, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

Permission is granted to use Kibiina for personal and group financial management. This permission is a license, not a transfer of ownership.

• Do not copy or modify Kibiina materials except as allowed by the service.
• Do not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the application.
• Do not remove copyright or proprietary notices.
• Do not transfer or mirror protected materials without permission.

3. Disclaimer

Kibiina is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Kibiina disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4. Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, Kibiina and its suppliers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the application. Groups remain responsible for their own lending decisions, identity checks, agreements, and legal compliance.

5. Accuracy of Materials

Information in the application may contain technical or typographical errors. Kibiina may update application materials and features without notice.

Kibiina is not responsible for content on third-party websites or services. A link does not imply endorsement, and use of third-party services is at your own risk.

7. Modifications

Kibiina may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after an update means you accept the current terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
